Social Worker - Children and Families - Hereford, England
Our client is currently seeking a self motivated, hard working qualified Social Worker to join their children’s department.
Our clients are ready to host the opportunity for a dedicated social worker to join their successful and friendly children’s division, the opportunity will offer new challenges and further development within an integrated team.
You will follow the current guidelines and legislation but also relate to young children by providing a self centred care service with a smile and a sense of humour. You will be required to deal with initial referrals and write initial and core assessments showing the customers progress. Plan support and execute various care plans and packages to make the service users lives as comfortable as possible.
This is a contract post with a pay rate set between £21.00 and £25.00 per hour. It is required that you have a social work qualification and GSCC registration.
