Social Worker - Children's Team - Cornwall, England
Our new client is looking for a qualified Social Worker to work in their Children’s Team in Cornwall.
You will follow the current guidelines and legislation but also relate to young children by providing a self centered care service with a smile and a sense of humour. You will be required to deal with initial referrals and write initial and core assessments showing the customers progress. Plan support and execute various care plans and packages to make the service users lives as comfortable as possible.
You must be an enthusiastic worker with the ability to network and maximize the opportunities to develop innovative practice. In addition to a good knowledge of childcare and child protection legislation, practice and research, a high standard of written and verbal communication skills are required.
This is a Permanent position with an excellent yet negotiable pay rate.
