Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and highly enthusiastic qualified Social Worker to join their Adults care team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a committed social worker to play their part in improving the lives of vulnerable adults. As a Key member of our integrated social care and health team, you will join us in developing solutions that fit the individuals needs of clients and carers, rather than the constraints of the service.
You would be working in a dynamic and friendly team; you will lead and support a highly motivated and skilled team of social workers and supporting staff including occupational therapists, support workers while providing a social wok and care management service to adults with various needs. You will also be required to take on a small caseload and complete statutory social work duties.
To become successful in this post it is essential that you have a social work qualification, current registration with the GSCC and at least two years post qualification work experience.
This is a contract position. The pay rate for this post has been set at £22.50 per hour.

Social Worker - Hospital Team - Slough, England
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Social Worker to join their busy team, which is central to successful discharge planning for people who are in hospital.
They undertake assessments, plan care and services; provide advocacy, support and post-discharge follow-ups. We work closely with health colleagues, so an ability to establish and maintain good working relationships in the hospital and the community is essential.

Our client is looking for a Fully Qualified Social Worker to join their Referral and Assessment Team.
This is a real opportunity to contribute to service delivery and development within both single and multi-agency settings.

Senior Social Worker- Leaving Care - West Birkshire , England
We are looking for a fully qualified Senior Social Worker to join this Leaving Care Team.
You will play a key part in the further development of our clients Leaving Care Service, and in policy and practice development, working alongside the Team manager, You will take a lead in involving young people in Service development and will have significant experience of multi-agency working. You will also work with a small number of young people with more complex needs.
This post requires extensive experience of working with Care Leavers, an in-depth knowledge of the relevant legislation and the impact of recent government initiative on Leaving Care Services.
