This Older person’s team are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Social Workers to join their team.
Working for your client you will ensure that older people continue to live as independently as possible within their preferred lifestyle. You will achieve this by
• Assessing clients’ needs
• Agreeing care plans
• Monitoring care
• Liaising closely with care users and their families
Being a part of our client’s friendly and flexible team you will be keen to help shape the future care for older people and be committed to the empowerment and involvement of service users and their carers.
You will have a social work qualification, be GSCC registered and have experience in similar fields. You will also be a focused and confident Social Worker.
This is a contract/ permanent position with a negotiable pay rate depending on experience.

Social Worker - Older Persons - Cheshire , England
A fully qualified Social Worker is required to join this Older Person’s Team.
The Older Person’s Team are seeking to appoint a qualified social worker to deliver a high quality assessment and care management service.
This is an exciting and challenging time to work in Older People’s Services as they begin to understand the impact of the new developments.
They are currently hoping to appoint social workers to Initial Assessment Older Person’s Team. The single assessment process is well established in the borough and they have recently appointed a direct payments project worker. The team has close links with intermediate care service and there is a focus on promoting independence.
This is a contract position and will pay around £22.00 per hour. You will need to have GSCC registration and at least one years post qualifying experience.

Senior Social Worker - Fostering - Cheshire, England
A new vacancy has opened up for a forward thinking Senior Social Worker to become part of a Fostering Team in Cheshire.
They are looking for a confident and experienced senior practitioner to join their fostering service. As a member of the multi disciplinary team you will be working alongside a number of other professionals.
Dedicated and self motivated, with previous experience of working with children and young people, you will deliver a high quality care as part of a team assessing, care managing and reviewing services for looked after children. Your role will involve you interviewing and assessing potential carers in our clients long term fostering and adoption team.
This is a contract position with a pay rate between £17.00 and £25.00 per hour.
