Are you a Social Worker who is looking to help children with their mental health problems?
A vacancy has opened for a dedicated professional to join this new mental health team for children. A crucial component of our client’s service is to follow the Every Child Matters and National Service Frame Work, you will be required to offer early support for vulnerable children and young people to improve access to well coordinated and joined up preventive services.
As the mental health practitioner you will be co located with colleagues from partner agencies covering your own district area you will need to be forward thinking and be able to create plan and execute self centred care plans and packages to provide a high and efficient care at an early stage right through till adulthood. You will need to have good literacy skills as you will be required to write reports and assessments stating what customer has received what care when they started and how their progression has developed.

Social Worker - Fostering Team - Middlesbrough, England
A new Independent Fostering Agency in Middlesbrough are looking for qualified Social Workers to join their team.
They are looking for a qualified social worker for their fostering service. You will work as part of a team responsible for the recruitment selection, training and support of foster carers including participation in the duty system for referrals and placement information. Your work will be expected to comply with legislation and National Standards.
You will need to have at least two years post qualifying experience, fostering experience is preferred but not essential. You will also be required to apply for a CRB disclosure prior to acceptance.
This is a permanent post with a salary starting at £25,000.
